Conditions of carriage
Shortly after booking your journey, you will receive confirmation of your booking. This confirmation will include such details as departure and arrival times, route and price. The price includes all the costs of the booking you have made. Please check your confirmation carefully to make sure that it matches your travel needs!
Per-hour surcharge (in excess of the price booked):
ca SEK 450
Per-mile surcharge (in excess of the mileage booked):
1-30 passengers – SEK 80
31-50 passengers – SEK 85
51-61 passengers – SEK 90
62-80 passengers – SEK 95
The prices stated above are subject to 6% VAT on domestic travel. International travel is VAT-exempt.
Cancellation fee(unless specifically agreed otherwise)
Transfers and day trips:
 less than 24 hrs in advance: 50%
Multiday trips, other than package deals:
less than 72 hrs, but more than 24 hrs in advance: 30 %
less than 24 hrs, but more than 12 hrs in advance: 50 %
less than 12 hrs in advance: 75 %
Group trips, package deals:
cancellation fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the package deal.
Please note! If tickets have been sold by external vendors, the above cancellation fees may be partially reduced or may not apply.
Ticket-change fee for changes made more than 12 hrs before departure:
during office hours, SEK 200
at other times, SEK 400
General rule:
If you have not checked in by 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time, the driver and the bus are entitled to depart without you.
Overnight package deals are subject to a statutory travel guarantee issued by the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency (Kammarkollegiet)!
